Apo Island
Snorkeling in the Philippines. One of the best places to scuba dive or snorkel in the Philippines has to be at Apo Island (a tiny island just off the southern tip of Negros Island). The island has a marine reserve and fish sanctuary which is excellent for diving. We saw this green turtle while snorkeling just a couple hundred meters off the shore.
